three middle eastern spreads – mohamara (pomegranate, red pepper & walnut), hummus and lebna bil shwandr (homemade yogurt, shredded beets, meyer lemon)

fillo pastry stuffed with wild winter greens, feta, melted leeks and fresh garden herbs

tangerine and date salad
butter lettuces, medjool dates, toasted almonds, local chèvre, fennel leaves & citrus blossom dressing*

grilled lamb sampler
leg of lamb and kefta kabob served with freeka, caramelized shallots, toasted pecans, kabocha squash & jajeek

fish tagine
fresh filet of butterfish cooked in a Moroccan clay pot with ras al hanout, preserved lemons, greens, sweet potatoes & harrisa

duck kuzi
fillo pastry stuffed with roasted duck, almonds, currants, figs, cardamom, basmati rice, caramelized shallots and sweet spices – finished with a pomegranate-red wine sauce

swiss chard dolmas
chard leaves stuffed with brown basmati rice, toasted pine nuts & walnuts, fresh herbs, sunchokes and caramelized shallots – steamed in tamarind and served with a sauce of homemade yogurt & fresh herbs*
